James McNeill is a lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County, a former law enforcement officer, and a dedicated community member with over two decades of public safety experience. Having served in multiple policing roles, volunteered within local agencies, and operated as a small business owner, he brings a practical, ground-level understanding of both law enforcement and the community it serves. A husband of 38 years and father of three, McNeill is running a grassroots campaign focused on transparency, accountability, and strengthening public safety through experience, collaboration, and modern solutions.
